Therapeutic category:
Anti-retroviral Protease inhibitor

Composition:
INBEC-400
Each tablet contains: Indinavir - 400 mg

Indications:
Treatment of Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection, Chemopropylaxis after occupational exposure to HIV; Contraindications: Hypersensitivity;

Warnings:
Nephrolithiasis and subsequent renal insufficiency, Acute hemolytic anemia, Hepatitis, New onset diabetes mellitus, exacerbation of pre-existing diabetes mellitus and hyperglycemia has been reported;

Precautions:
Caution should be taken in indirect hyperbilirubinemia, hemophilia A and B, hepatic insufficiency due to cirrhosis (dosage should be lowered);

Adverse Reactions:
Kidney stones, serious anemia, loss of red blood cells, extreme fatigue, jaundice, bloating, and skin rash.

Dosage and administration:
For HIV infection (as combination or as monotherapy) recommended dose 800 mg (two 400-mg capsules) orally every 8 hours;

Storage:
Store in cool, dry and dark place.
